The owner, admittedly, is underway in a busy season and sent zero text messages (as he has done in the past) to confirm a scheduled pick-up. Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself. Not only were they affordable, they accommodated a nervous mother in every way that they could. The girls also said that the driver, Ali, was extremely kind and professional. I was surprising my girlfriend for her birthday by taking a limo to an upscale jazz spot downtown and I did Not want to take a risk of low quality service. I first requested a basic stretch limo for 3 hours from at least 5 limousine companies in the area. Platinum Plus was the most professional in their response and they even gave me a list of options for other types of limos and all of their prices for 3 hours of service. On top of that, the prices were some of the cheapest I've seen! Ended up upgrading to the Chrysler 300 tuxedo top limousine and it looked amazing! Did I mention I requested the limo with less than a week notice? And I was STILL able to take a look at the limousine before the big day. On the big day the driver arrived early. I don't know exactly what time he got there but he was supposed to arrive at 6:15 and when me and my girlfriend walked outside the driver was standing outside with our door open and the red carpet rolled out! He was looking sharp and was very polite and professional. He probably took 20 pictures of us and even suggested some poses. Once we got to the jazz spot (on time) he said just give him a call when we're ready to leave. An hour and a half later I called him and by the time we got downstairs and outside, he was standing there again with the door open. Platinum Plus had earned a customer for life.
