We bought a filled croissant and a chicken kebab from this bakery today…read more My Mum thought the croissant was a great price, until she opened it to find out it was empty. Was a shame that it was placed behind a sign reading "chicken croissant." My kebab was supposed to be chicken but I honestly believe it was something else. It was pink & filled with gristle/bone and a lot of fat, which I could still taste it in my mouth an hour after eating it. Was a real shame having such a bad result from this bakery, especially after seeing the awards on the window.

They even sell steak pies at the McDonald's there! This little gem bakery sells a large selection of different pies, donuts, baked goods, sandwich, and other delicious goody!! Their food is delicious and fresh. They have won many awards for a number of their pies. Also, their apple pie was to die for. Pricing is fair and the portion is filling. We required a hangover pie and some healthy eats one day so I really enjoyed my chicken sandwich on yum bread, with generous portions of lettuce, chicken etc. I did not enjoy my pizza stick, finding it dry and just generally lacking in yummy taste. The pie however was a hit, curing the boyfriends hangover, and helping him get on with the day. Pretty well priced for a bakery these days with sandwiches costing a nice $3.20 odd. I would not go out of my way to visit this bakery, but I will happily stop in when passing by.
