BEWARE! This office is not upfront with insurance information whatsoever. When I called to make my first appointment, I specifically asked if they were in-network with my dental insurance. They gave me a general answer like "we work with all insurance plans." At my appointment, they gave me an estimate of what my out of pocket charges would look like, and I agreed as I was getting a panoramic x-ray and a deep cleaning, realizing these extras may not be fully covered. I paid $202 out of pocket at the end of my visit, only to receive a bill for another $158.80 over one month later. Upon calling my insurance company to find out why it was so expensive, it turns out MoreSmiles was an out-of-network provider. They NEVER told me this and acted like they were in-network the entire time. Shame on them!! read more

Sadly I have been to a lot of dentist.... I have been very impressed with moresmiles dental spa. The staff is friendly and polite. They want to make sure your visit is anxiety and worry free. That is nice but, even better, Dr moreau is very very skilled and knowledgeable. For instance: at my previous dentist, it took a minimum of three weeks to get a crown back from the lab, sometimes three and a half. Well, when you have a temporary crown, it often doesnt fit or look very good and that three or three and a half week wait is a loooong time. Sometimes while waiting I would even call my dentist and ask "Did the new crowns arrive yet?" In the hopes they would come in the mail and I could move my appointment up by a day or three. I always thought three and a half weeks was just industry standard of how long it took for crowns to get done at the dental lab everywhere. Anyway, when I went to moresmiles, I had to get an inlay. I was expecting them to schedule the appointment for delivery three and a half weeks out. I was blown away when they scheduled my follow up appointment to get the inlay delivered in exactly two weeks. I'm not sure if they use different technology or just have a better dental lab (maybe both). But the difference between two weeks and three and a half weeks with an uncomfortable temporary crown is huge. Since I'm talking about temporary crowns: the dental hygienist did the temporary crowns at my old dentist and they didn't fit well or look good. I thought that was also "normal". However, at moresmiles, Dr. Moreau did the temporary crown himself and it fit perfectly. Another example: they did an MRI on my skull using advanced medical imaging technology (pic). I took a day off work and my kids out of school early to get their annual cleaning. I made the appt and specified this was for their annual cleaning. All they did on the first appointment was x-rays and wanted me to make another appointment for the cleaning. My insurance pays 100% for my kids to get panoramic and regular x-rays, cleaning, and floride treatments but somehow I owed $55 per kid. After the second visit I eventually got a bill in the mail. Needless to say, I was very hesitant to see another dentist after getting a clean bill of health from an Oral Surgeon in Atlanta. I had the best experience! I normally don't mind going to the dentist, but I actually now look forward to going. The staff is incredible they treat you like family and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! The office is so clean and smells like a real spa which is a plus in my opinion. Katie was my hygienist and she was amazing! Dr. Doyle is very thorough and eager to answer any questions you have. Menorah did my whitening treatment and made sure I was comfortable and communicated every step of the process. I can't say enough good things about their office. Mostly everyone hates going to the dentist! Not because of the people working there but because of the imminent pain you will endure. Especially during a deep cleaning.. Well it happened, got my choppers scraped, poked, prodded, pierced and cleaned. Definitely this place is top notch! I saw Dr. Doyle on Oct 12 and I am still waiting for the prescription she said she would call in to the pharmacy for mouth sores caused from a chemotherapy drug. It is now Nov 22 and I had to call yet another time for the medication. Really? They called immediately when there was a glitch in my insurance (which was not my fault). But getting a patient their medication in a timely manner is not important. Only getting paid is. Their clinic is beautiful and very serene but I'd rather have a dentist that actually CARED and did what they say they are going to do rather than give me the fluff of nice office. Focus on patient care - that is what is important. If I want a spa experience, I'll go to a spa. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Moreau and his staff today. He is very nice, professional, and entertaining to boot. Jill, the dental hygienist, gave me the most gentle cleaning I've ever had. There are overhead tvs with closed captioning to make the time pass by faster. The first time I went there they had cheesecake bites in the reception area. When I mentioned today that there weren't any, Jill found me a bundtlet cupcake from out of nowhere. Plus, they have late hours on Mondays. They go the extra mile. Highly recommend! read more

I spent thirty thousand dollars for host "expert" work. He bragged about all the "famous" people he worked on... I had veneers done by this hack. About all my teeth done. I have had to have everyone replaced because he used expired cement and cheap materials. All my veneers have broken or come unglued. The last one just broke tonight. A molar. I was eating buffalo mozerella. It has cost me over thirty thousand dollars to fix his cheap work. Additionally, he was not clean- two of my teeth had black bacteria under them from his lack of cleanliness I checked with my new dentist- it was not me, but rather him. I've been coming to Dr. Moreau since I was a child (30+ years) and he has always provided excellent dental care. The staff members are friendly and will ensure you are comfortable during your visit. If you have any dental issues, it is resolved and someone is available to help you. My daughter also uses Dr. Doyle who is also very caring and professional. This place is incredible. Totally not the cold and uninviting offices you usually fear when visiting the dentist. They truly make it a comfortable and less anxious experience. Everything from the front desk to the amazing patient care by Dr. Moreau is absolutely top notch. I felt that I was in extremely good hands. Dr. Moreau explained things every step of the way and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I even got a blanket and headphones to watch TV with while he worked on my teeth! He is extremely knowledgeable and made sure that I fully understood what he was doing at all times. He even personally called to check up on me to make sure I was ok afterwards! I wish they had an option for a negative star or stars! The staff is super nice and attentive but the doctor there Dr. Moore himself is a complete passive aggressive jerk to say kindly and super mean to the staff belittling even and in front of his patients he also talked badly About other patients in front of me and is super rude. I finally said something one day when he suggested I not get my bottom teeth veneers after already getting my top done but they actually came out not like I expected and not like we had talked about and he decided to do things on his own and make his own decisions for my mouth without consulting me then made me sign a waiver before even seeing the final results and I was manipulated and did sign. I wish I had not and had done it the way it was supposed to be done he's manipulative and rude and he actually because I stood up for myself and told him that I did not appreciate the way he was speaking to me he decided to go ahead and tell me that I was no longer welcome there and to find Care elsewhere that he was discharging me and just so unprofessional.
