It is comfortable, welcoming, and a great place to hang out while convincing yourself that fruit mixed with ice cream is basically a serving of produce. They make New Zealand-style real fruit ice cream by blending actual frozen fruit directly into creamy vanilla ice cream. The result is incredibly fresh, smooth, and full of real fruit flavor. It is not ice cream with a sad little strawberry waved over it for decoration. You can actually taste the fruit in every bite, and the texture is unbelievably creamy. It is easily some of the best ice cream I have ever had. Then there is Mr. Henry, the coolest dog in Burleson and clearly the real owner of the establishment. They might greet the person before or after me, but I consistently receive no eye contact while cashiers hold their own conversation while checking me out. At the end of my transaction today, a cashier with the first initial B looked down at her phone and said something about "I have to take care of this", and only realized she was still dealing with a customer when I looked directly at her, smiled, and said thank you, which she did return. The only reason I come here is because it's convenient. If I'm not in a hurry, I will go out of my way to shop for spirits *anywhere* else.
