Everyone I came into contact with at the office was beyond kind and warm and friendly. Especially dental assistant Ann, she talked me through everything she and the dentist did and was so helpful and reassuring. Dr. Piper is amazing and has a very light touch in the mouth as well. They were priced well and the office is lovely; located right in Clintonville. I am switching dentists to come back here for all future procedures. Everything is top notch - the services, the location, the office, the prices, Dr.Piper and all the assistants! I can't say enough good things about them and I will be recommending them to all my friends too!

The staff told me what to expect on the day of my appointment (Park in the lot, wait for a text to enter the building, wear a mask). I received the text and entered. Staff told me they would be taking my temperature with the contactless thermometer. Then I was escorted to x-rays and the exam room by Dental Hygienist Jill. The staff told me what they were doing and where we were going each step, which is comforting during a first visit. Both Jill and Dr. Piper were friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend the entire staff. Also, this location has its own parking lot in the back.

He and his staff are wonderful with small children. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist, show the utmost professionalism and knowledge. My family has had just about every dental procedure known to mankind done - fillings, deep cleanings, root canal, extractions, and so on. We've never had any mishaps and always received the best chair side manner. Dr. Williams has also given excellent referrals to other doctors for procedures he does not do. The office is always spotless and has very modern decor along with state of the art dental equipment. Also, the absolute best elevator Muzak! The office staff are very personable and do their jobs effectively. Dr. Hawkins does a very thorough initial exam and explains his findings in easy to understand terms. Treatment options are presented in a way that makes me feel that I have all the information to make wise choices. He explains the " what and why" of anything he wants to do. He has redone some crowns that have gone south from other dentists and it's been easy and they look very nice.
