Termination of representation…read more Good morning due to lack of response and cooperation that I'm getting from Saxton law group, I am here by terminating the client attorney relationship that I have with your firm. It is my understanding that there may be other attorneys that may assist with the case however the intake coordinator is not an attorney and have given misinformation and acted as an underwriter which was not his duty to confer regarding a loan advance. After his conversation with Oasis the contract between the loan advance company, Oasis, and I was voided. Based upon a reviews of this company, I am in agreement with some of the issues stated. I have not been able to talk with the attorney, I've left messages for the attorney to call me, I've sent text but yet I got no response. I was asked by the paralegal many times to seek out medical records from the providers. That is her job. I have a lot going on in my life right now and I do not have time to do her job. When I hired this company I impressed upon them my urgent need for a cash advance loan based upon the merits of my claim and injuries. However the intake worker took it upon himself to speak with the loan company in regards to damages to my vehicle. And that regard he conferred to them that based upon the property damage the settlement may not be sufficient thereby causing the loan company to renege upon our contract. So it is presumed that the lack of communication that I have with the attorney is an indication that there is no client attorney relationship. Therefore as of this date, November 19th, 2024 I am terminating the representation of Buckhead law group, AKA Saxton law firm. Forthcoming will be a certified letter.
