Interestingly, the buyer was also using the same attorney (conflict of interest?), and as it happened, were right outside when we were done. The money transfer took place right away. Multiple emails sent requesting a callback we're not responded to. My transaction coordinator did get better response times. The closing checks were handed out only to later realize the attorney had not signed any of them. Took at-least another week to 10 days for the signed checks to be received by mail. Shannon (precloser) became very responsive by email but has since left the company. A second property was closed on (same seller same wholesale buyer) and 2 weeks later I still have not received a check at my brokerage, though my seller was wired the funds the next day. My TC finally spoke with Patti day 10, who stated the checks were cut but held to make sure the buyers check cleared?? but to contact them in 2 days if on Monday there was no check. Still no check. Nancy Wasdin responded by email stating she doesn't know what happened and is not at her office to sign new ones and likely they were lost in the mail. Etc etc etc....
