Josh not only was in frequent communication with us, but with my son's employer as well to gather important details that would later result in not only the benefits being reinstated but the overpayment was totally removed. without Josh's diligence who knows what type of financial situation my son and I would be in .If you have a problem it's in your best interest to give Josh and Social Benefits a call. I can't thank him enough 5 stars doesn't seem adequate .Thank God for Josh's help.

He promptly returned my calls in a timely manner and came to my rescue whenever I needed legal advice and assistance with handling my attorney and my family issues. He put my mind at ease anytime I had problems and gave me good and sound recommendations for courses of action. He also helped me better understand why the opposing counsel and my primary attorney took certain actions in the family disputes, and he quelled my distress. I highly recommend Jeffery to anyone looking for a great attorney who is extremely competent and skilled. He graduated from one of the oldest law schools in the country, Howard University School of Law, and has been a member of the South Carolina Bar Association since 1982.

As a former client of Will English, I want to bring to light the persistent communication issues I…read moreencountered throughout our working relationship. Despite my attempts to address my concerns directly with him, his level of commitment to my case fell short of my expectations. My case felt stagnant, lacking the attention it required to progress effectively. Furthermore, I was disheartened to discover that he had failed to file for my SSI claim, information I only learned after he dropped my case during the reconsideration stage. I strongly advise anyone considering hiring Mr. Will English to proceed with caution. Mr. Will English's practice of letting clients go is troubling. Many complications could have been avoided if he had prioritized better communication and dedicated more effort to the case. Update 05/21/2026 After being dropped by Mr. English midway through the appeal stage, I examined my records and identified a glaring oversight--a "rookie" mistake that someone with experience in handling Social Security Administration (SSA) cases should never make. It's unacceptable that he didn't file for Supplemental Security Income (SSI), especially knowing that these cases typically require a lengthy resolution period. Resolving these issues usually takes one year and can stretch to as long as four years in the worst-case scenario. I have found that the time required to file for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) is just as extensive as the process for SSI. It is evident that Mr. English's lack of diligence has significantly impacted my case. In conclusion, I want to emphasize that Mr. English and his staff demonstrated inadequate communication throughout my case. His expertise in SSA matters fell short, resembling the work of someone with minimal experience who made fundamental errors in filing the necessary paperwork for SSI. This oversight has impacted my ability to earn an income during this waiting period. I urge potential clients to exercise caution and consider the details of my situation when evaluating Mr. English for hire.

If I could leave them less I would I have been with them since June we had a meeting with Mr Wilton…read moreto go over and review my case before they decided to represent me they decided to represent me I have been waiting to hear back from the SSA office since June about a court hearing date I got notified 3 weeks ago by mail that the case has moved from Charleston County to Macon County for a quicker court date I called them to let them know they said they had not received that letter but they would make a note of it and call me when they did a week went and I got a court date in the mail I called again to let them know and they said again they had not received it but would make notes and Anna or Mr Wilton would call me to set up an appointment to make sure that we had all of our paperwork together so we could submit it to the courts I asked them specifically what am I supposed to do with this letter am I supposed to send it in saying that I except this court date there is an option on there for if I cannot they told me to send it in and when they got their letter they would send it in accepting the court date which is zoom conference and their office and for two weeks I have been calling every Monday Wednesday and Friday to talk to Anna or to my lawyer and have heard nothing today I call and the receptionist tells me that they are sending me a review letter in the mail my lawyers out of office and I asked to speak to Anna who's been avoiding my calls and I finally get her on the phone and she tells me that they are sending me out a letter of review of my case and I'm like I don't understand we already did this in office you signed a contract with me what's the letter stating and she's like the letter will be mailed out next week and I'm like it hasn't been mailed yet so basically you wasted two weeks of my time and I finally demanded this letter sounds like you're dismissing me as a client why and she said yeah I'm just missing you as a client per your lawyer and I'm like y'all had four months to do this to decide that I wasn't worth representing for whatever reason you also had the past 3 weeks of me calling and updating you and you telling me to send in the form and accept the date and that I was still represented at that time and then you dodge me for 2 weeks you don't send out a letter you're wasting my time when I've already accepted the court date per your advice and representation of that point and now I have no representation I can't believe the audacity to take no responsibility or accountability at all this is ridiculous and not how you treat people they have dodged my calls for 2 weeks when they could have told me this in person on the phone calls they could have explained it to me instead everybody is gone radio silent and when I demand an answer of why I'm supposed to wait for the letter that still hasn't been mailed yet I'm not even sure they have mailed the appropriate documentation to the court to say that they're no longer representing me which is also something they should have done and I should have received a letter from the SSA office saying that they now know that I have no representation but that hasn't been done so just know that if you hire them they can drop you at any time and they will at the last minute if it suits them and then Dodge all accountability and refuse to help you figure out what you're supposed to do next they are liars
