I explained my needs to one man for consultation and evaluation who said we will move you on your next steps to see if we can help. called me back the next day from the wrong department, transferred me to medical malpractice department where I had to explain my situation for the third time, spoke to Rafael who said he is a doctor. when I asked Rafael what type of doctor he is there was a long pause, I had to ask three times, the he said MD, I asked again to which he responded medical doctor. I had to ask him five times before he answered my question saying family practice. I never heard from my attorney and when I did reach out they would say they were about to call. Was involved in a no fault accident in October and they only cared if my case was going to make them money. The staff was very nice. However that being said. I reached out to them for an opinion about, from what I thought to be a decent medical malpractice case. The message taking staff was very nice and pleasant. But whomever they run the information through wasn't. They answered a big NO on whether or not they'd help me without giving me any information and or reasons why. Didn't refer me to anyone else.
