I had never had them done before, so I wasn't 100% sure what to expect (plus the thought of someone touching my eyelashes/face for two hours straight freaked me out a little). I had wanted to get them for a while now and I had a little bit of free time during my work trip, so I bit the bullet and made an appointment. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by Shawntavia and she got started on putting on the extensions right away. About an hour and a half later, she was done and I was thrilled with my new, beautiful lashes! As it was my first time getting them, I wanted lashes on the more natural yet still noticeable side and she gave me exactly what I was hoping for! When I noticed the $99 membership had again charged to my card on 3/1, I figured it was a mistake and called the salon to rectify. I have been given the runaround ever since. "Can you send a screenshot of the charge? I'll have the owner Martie call you when she gets in today." Sent screenshot, no call. Couple days later, I follow up... "The owner will call you after her next appointment." No call. Again. I've texted and called many times trying to get this incorrect charge refunded to no avail. It's now clear to me that the owner has no intention of returning my phone call or fixing this fraudulent charge. I went ahead and disputed the charge with Amex who will issue a chargeback to this business (I can only imagine the chargeback rate is through the roof at this establishment). I also blocked my card from Pure Lash attempting to "mistakenly" charge another $99 fee in the future. It's truly a shame a small business owner is choosing to behave in this manner when she has some wonderful ladies working for her. My lash tech, Sade is fantastic and so talented. I'd gladly follow her to any other establishment but sadly, I can't continue to support this business nor its owner. I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere for your lash needs or at the very least - pay cash.

I get there 5 minutes early, and no one is there. I wait an extra 10 minutes and I call and they tell me someone is almost there. A different girl comes in, I think her name was Hannah. She could barely speak English and I'm trying to tell her I'm allergic to formaldehyde and that she needs to use a sensitive glue. Not sure if she understood a single thing of what I said. I was there for over an hour, with the most severe burning eye pain that I've ever had! I was already annoyed that I booked with a particular person and they switched it without even telling me. I paid over $200 for top and bottom lashes. This was an awful experience, the lashes were uneven and I asked her to add a few more on one eye and she said next time she would.... Next time?!?!
