Called them up to see what the issue was and they insisted that they had to call my bank to verify that the check had cleared, and my bank told them that the check was good and it was cleared. They then said they had to check with upper management to see if I can use my money to make a trade, and would call me back. When they called back, they said upper management refused to approve the use of my money. They insisted that I wait an entire MONTH before I could make a trade. Meanwhile, I am losing money on trades that I would have been making money on!! Do NOT recommend!!!

They do not supervise the people working at home and therefore nothing gets done. They had no foresight to require at least 1 person to come in daily to obtain and process USPO mail. They never thought of having the people that work from home open and read and act on emails and electronic communication. Payments do not get processed. Takes them months to respond and they do not care they are the most unorganized people. Go to another credit union. They have people that work. They have the management to train and supervise the people so they are not sitting at home receiving a paycheck for doing nothing.

Whenever I have any investment questions or just need to check on my accounts, they are all eager to help and chip in how they can. Super personable as well - they remember you which makes their customer service great. They have a lovely seating area and offer coffee/tea while you wait if you have scheduled an appointment. They also can walk you through the online portal if you work with them as well.
