Totally dishonest office. In my opinion they are ripping people off! I went in with eye vision insurance pays 100% of my visit. They ended up billing my medical insurance and made me pay $100 copay for nothing. They are running a hidden cost game. I'll be transferring to greystone in Hickory. read more

I have had two surgeries plus 2 cataract surgeries. All the doctors are very caring. The staff is very professional and efficient.

I had my PRK surgery in February of 2022. It has been over a year and I still cannot see well. It's like throwing 2500.00 down the drain. I asked for an enhancement and they would not give me one. Now I had to go to another eye doctor and lens crafters who gave me an eye exam. He stated that I needed to go back to contacts and glasses. Called this morning, because my 84 year old mother who has an appointment next week, broke her ankle and is non weight bearing, at the moment, and transporting her is a challenge. They told me that the first appointment they would be able to reschedule her for, was in SEPTEMBER 2024.....one year away. No accommodations or possibility for anything sooner.... considering the number of doctors on staff, and locations I find it very frustrating and annoying... personally I would not recommend becoming a patient here read more

Most unprofessional group I've ever seen . called to schedule an appointment back in January and was told they could see me 2 days later . I had to cancel the next day due to my mom being sick so they put me off until June . They then called me today to tell me the doctor would be out he was going out of town to celebrate his fathers 100th birthday you would think he would have had that time scheduled on the calendar now they tell me they can't see me until august and we are currently in March but they are the ones cancelling . i'v been using their services from 2016 and they are good. my eye doc is great i love him but some of his assistants aren't the best ones. few of them are like hey ok have a seat i am in hurry so i have to rush you here you go..# 1 or # 2..# 2 or # 3 ok you are done, the Doc will be here shortly... same thing in optical department. i always feel like they are racially profiling me. every time i go their to get my glasses done, they just rush me out. i see they take their sweet time with white customers but not with me. every time they do this i tell my self i will go some where else next time then i say i'll give one more chance may be they will treat me right next time but they prove me wrong every time. and its not that i am buying cheap frames from them, i get most expensive once. i will not give my business to these people (optical Dept) again and i will stop my friends and family as well. read more
