The two stars in my review are solely for the lady who did my routine eye check up and Dr. King. Besides these, I have never felt so unwelcomed somewhere! The front desk staff were disgusting. As a front desk manager at a country club, seeing the way 50+ year olds acted towards customers would get anyone fired in a second. Very, very unprofessional and uncalled for behavior. read more

The staff here is wonderful and caring. Dr Wally and Dr Walter are the best Ophthalmologist around... Dr Wally is the only Dr I trust with my eyes !!! He is very honest and caring. read more

I'm going to be nice and give them one star for the two staff and doctor that was professional and respectful enough to talk to my husband and I like we were human beings. I'm going to give a step by step guide of what happened during our visit. So, we get there and we check in, got our paper work, my husband handed the lady at the front (I'll be nice and not name any names) his driver's license to scan and he comes back to his seat and fills out his paperwork. He fills out the paperwork and walks back up to the secretary and turnd in his papers. It was about 15 to 20 mins past his appointed time before we got called in. So normal eye procedures, the next lady takes us in, follows procedures with the basic examination, very nice lady. After that we go into the main examination room where the doctor further examines the eyes. We even had a little conversation with the doctor. It turns out he didn't need glasses which is fine. So we go to check out, hand the check out lady his folder and they say bye. My husband then asks politely, "Can I have my drivers license back?" At this point this lady is confused and the check in lady is swearing up and down she handed it it him then turns her story around and swears up and down she put it in the folder. They were not apologetic whatsoever especially the check in lady. She was so quick to defend herself and never got up from her chair to take a step back to try and look around her area to see if she might have dropped it on the floor by accident. After a while my husband gets upset and is asking them to please look around because he had to work in the morning and needs his license to do so. This was about 15 til 5 and they closed at 5 so they were literally trying to push us out the door. They were so nice to offer to print out a copy of his license for him incase he gets pulled over, which is forgery. We refused. How can you lose someones license? How, I didnt understand and I couldn't understand it. They insisted he keep checking his pockets like it might magically appear. They even made me check my pockets like they thought we went there to cause problems. They also kept insisting he call their office manager in the morning or she would call him. Well, she never did so he called her. She didn't even want to hear his side of the story telling him she had already heard it from the employees there and didn't need to hear anymore of it. They still insisted they didn't have it and that he basically was lying or misplaced it himself within that 20 mins of his eye exam because the check in lady swore she handed it back to him. Finally, they called him back and told him they found it!!!! Like WTF! It did just magically reappear even though that lady swore up and down she handed it back to him and then took it back and put it in the folder!!!! Husband calls me to stop by there and pick it up so I did. I walk up to the counter and told them nicely I needed to pick up my husbands license and guess what? They wanted to check my ID before they would give it to me. Why? Because they wanted to lose mine also... jk. I show them my ID and the lady apologizes, which is fine but I turn to that check in lady, pointed at her and told her she needed to apologize to my husband. Her face turned pale and I walked out. Never again will we ever step foot in that narrowminded, disrepectful, unprofessional, and degrading place ever again. Have fun! read more
