Upon entering, the person whom we assumed was Oliver had us sit down. At first it seemed he forgot we had called for an appointment, but he had us sit anyway. I handed him our documents and explained we wanted to get the most out of our refund as we are not married but have two dependents. After he calculated it seemed to be off by thousands. He had forgotten to add my daughter as a dependent. I had to remind him to add her. One thing I do not appreciate is a professional I have to coach. After putting together the best plan to file based on my asking we were finally done. For the service we received I feel like the pricing was very high, about double what I usually pay. The funniest part was when the person that did our taxes said Oliver was his cousin, so not really sure who did our taxes. Extremely disappointed after all of the positive reviews I read.
