Then they made me fill out a new client form so I asked if someone brought the buisness. They said no. So I asked why. They said the owner was making everyone fill them out. Then I found out why. They wanted to put my credit card on file in case I didn't come and get my taxes when they was done. I could understand if I was going to owe money but I never owe money. Also last year they didn't contact me until June about my paperwork being done or paying them so with all that being said all I can say is bye bye.
