Steve and his men did very little damage to our lawn with their trucks and equipment, which came as a big surprise given the work was done while the ground was still quite soggy. They cleaned up after the job, cut the tree sections into manageable pieces and raked up all the bits and pieces of limb wood left behind. The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent. For as destructive as cutting down trees can be, there was no evidence Dale had ever been there. Unfortunately, we wanted to hire him for $2500-$3000 worth of work. That was 4/17/21. He even msgd twice to see he'd 'be there' the following week only to never show up. He messaged to cancel, and we were very forgiving. We've been 14 months and counting forgiving. He's really good at what he does. If you can get him to show. Thank God we didn't give a deposit. But. In my world, it's truly amateurish business that lines up work and simply ceases to communicate.
