They took the time to clearly explain every step of the process before beginning the project, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and conducted a complete walk-through upon completion. Their communication and attention to detail were outstanding. Not only did they execute the job flawlessly and ahead of schedule, but they also went above and beyond the agreed scope by seeding grass in all of the disturbed areas--an unexpected and much-appreciated finishing touch. This was easily one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I would highly recommend A&S Enterprises for any landscaping, drainage, or patio needs. When we did the consultation, there was an area that your team expressed concern may not adhere well and we expressed understanding in this. However, the issue was not that it did not work in that area. The issue was that it did not work in our turnaround, where there was no filler or area of epoxy. It is fine if you would like to decline business but we initially got no response and then we got the comment from your mother, which was rude. It is unnecessary instead of having an open line of communication with your customers to respond in that way. If you had reached out and said we feel as though doing your driveway again would not be satisfactory to you and then we would probably have a similar problem, we could've had a conversation. Including potentially still wanting to move forward, but not asking you to redo it if it doesn't adhere well in certain areas. We are reasonable and would have understood if you didn't want to do the driveway again the first time, if you had had that conversation with us- but that did not occur.
