The practice manager Kelly is a thoroughly unpleasant woman and implied I was planning on litigating against her, when instead I wanted some responsibility for my cat and her death. Kelly, if you read this, I work with plenty of residents on the mountain, many of whom have pets. If I can dissuade any number of them from continuing to be a client at your facility my cats death may not be in vain.
