Finally, all the warning signs about their display cases are phony. I accidentally touched the surface of one and nothing happened. Reading the manager's response to their negative reviews makes it obvious he spends more time refuting the reviews and shaming the reviewer rather apologizing for his behaviour.

Went to the store to pick it up was told it wasn't there, asked for a follow up call which never came. Called again, discovered the ownership had changed and this is now Tossi's Custom Jewelry (not able to locate on Yelp). After several conversations with her, I was told my item was ready. Went there to pick it up, the ring had not been polished or sized as requested. She told me if I would give them another chance she would resize it at no charge to make things right realizing that this had been a disaster. I agreed stating as long as it was not going take months. I finally reached out this month (November) as I had not heard anything. I received a call back saying that it was ready and that they had called and emailed me a month ago, neither of which I received. Yesterday I drove the hour and a half it takes me to get there (I also moved during this process) and discovered the door was locked however she was there doing some work and reluctantly let me in, seemed put out to have to open the safe and then said the ring had been resized but she would now have to charge me for that - "I mean I know she was supposed to do that and didn't but.." is what she said to me. She got on her computer and said "oh, I guess this was set up as no charge so whatever I guess". My response was, "that is what you said". I left and will never return. If not for the interaction I had yesterday, I would not have left a review since she had agreed to make it right, however yesterday's experience changed my mind.

I asked him for my $15 back, and he REFUSED because he said I did not have my receipt. Then, to make matters worse! ... on my Google 1-STAR Review of LIPPA's he lied, saying he "could not find my name anywhere in his computer system" ~ trying to make it appear as if I had the wrong Jewelry Store (funny... Buying rings can be an overwhelming experience but Mike and the staff were super helpful on site and thoroughly went over questions such as what we wanted; what was important to us; likes/dislikes; etc - and used that info to narrow the focus and show us options that would potentially work. Both the bride and groom are super happy with the results and Lippa's wedding bands will be with us the rest of our lives. We highly recommend Lippa's.
