My printing job came out to about 6000 pages, with more or less 380 separate pdf files for printing. I sent him emails and onedrive links, and voila, it was ready for courier pick-up hours after. They had to be inserted in binders and Ramy had to insert page numbers, to boot. And best of all, he was able to complete the task within the day as I was rushing to get this done! Staff very polite and attentive. Prices were more expensive than I thought the job woud be but you get quality. Also you were not forced or pressured to accept the highest price as options provided, at a least expensive levels to consider. More than once they said this might fit into your budget as if they were on your side and I felt they were. They were helpful every step of the way. YOu might not go with them for your project but if not you may have gone with a less quality outfit.

I was able to talk to one of the managers on the phone for a special order, and he gave me a great deal on prices for the printing services that I needed. I took in my design on a USB and they were really great at translating the digital into Print exactly the way I wanted it. The printing was done really fast as well, and everything was packaged really neatly for me to pick up. Since then, TPH has been my go to place for all my printing needs, and this location in particular more so than the others. The Dufferin location near Orfus road is also very good!

When dropping off packages, they refuse to provide a receipt a unless you argue with them. I would NEVER use UPS if some retailers didn't make it mandatory for returns, all because of this location. "Head Office" needs to do a secret shopper visit here to get the full picture.
