When I tried to voice some concerns about my dental health, they were patronizing, but to be honest, this was a few decades ago (I've had a different dentist for several years now). However, my relative was starting cancer treatments and asked for a cleaning before they began. They staff/doctor) told her they would not do it because she was going through treatments. She told them that her oncologist highly recommended she get a cleaning before the treatments began. She tried to tell the staff this, but they would not listen to her. They became very argumentative with her. Not even two weeks later, she received a letter stating they were dropping her as a patient, and this occurred in 2021. My relative had been a patient there since the 1980s, by the way. Very frustrating!
