Even with being a teenager, he is now spending time with us and engages in topics. I love it! The therapists were able to do family sessions with us. They provided us with skills and educated us on my kid's diagnosis. The therapist educated us on CBT and DBT and how those skills work. Even I use them. We have seen our kid improve at school and home. The director has always made time for us. She has gone above and beyond. She has made herself available at all times of the day. We had a crisis one night and she stayed until 10pm deescalating, giving recommendations and even called in the morning to see how we were doing. They care about us. Gisela at the front is without a doubt the best! She got us in that same day! She is sweet and patient with us during the intake process. 5/5 would recommend. What I love the most is that my child is able to go even after graduating! They have alumni group every Wednesday and my kid looks forward to going each week. I went in to have my newborn seen just 8 days old for a Billy check they told me I needed to have…read moremy baby seen within two days due to his levels and then tried to call me the day before his appointment on Friday and reschedule me for August 15th ?!? after they were the ones who told me it was critical he be seen in two days.. I told them that wouldn't work because of the time frame THEY gave me the women on the phone said "oh she didn't mention that to me" so the communication between staff is a complete joke she then placed me on hold for roughly 15 minutes after that they told me I can continue with my original appointment time I arrive at my appointment and the women takes is Billy test incorrectly and received a false reading and which warranted a visit to the hospital for a blood draw they sent me with lab paperwork I got my baby's blood drawn to find out the number was a lot lower then the incorrect reading they took they also were supposed to call me back with the results since they ordered the labs the hospital wasn't supposed to release the information to me she then calls me an hour or so later asking if I went to the hospital I told her yes we are already home she said okay I will call back with the lab results I never received a call back it was on Friday which means they were comfortable leaving me and my newborn without his lab results until Monday... I then called the hospital and explained the situation and was lucky enough to get results released this place is a Joke if you have the time to find somewhere else do so

Seeking a quality therapist can bring up some nervousness as one hopes to find someone who will…read moredeeply and thoroughly understand them, and one who we feel comfortable opening up to and being vulnerable. As a therapist myself, I was in search of a professional to help me see the things I couldn't see for myself. A professional to ask the "appropriate" questions to surface the real issues that I had longed to release. I also desired to work with someone balanced - meaning not just strictly scientific in their approach but spiritual as well. I was only able to see Aileen for a brief 2 months or so, but as my intention was set to "be well", and Aileen understanding the short duration we would have together she provided the necessary work for me to release attachments to the past, fears and also helped me to find my voice, step up and step out into the world to fulfill my purpose in life. I appreciate Aileen for the quality of work she provided for me and the variety of techniques she used. It wasn't always just sitting on the couch and talking but there was interactive work involved. I appreciate having something to take home and work on from one session to the next and Aileen offered a variety of practices, meditations, visualizations and other suggestions that I could pick and choose from... or not, if I so chose.
