The dental assistant was so wonderful with them. She engaged them in age appropriate conversation and explained everything she was doing to them in a way that made it seem simple and fun. (Taking X-rays of their teeth was the most exciting part of the visit because they got to see what their teeth looked like!). They were told that they were doing great every time they seemed to get a little uncomfortable. When we left they each got a bag of goodies that they were so excited to use! I scheduled an appointment for myself and was a little disappointed that I wouldn't have the same dental assistant because I had like theirs so much. That disappointed faded very quickly when I came back for myself because i realized that all of the staff (including the front desk and the doctor) are fabulous. The staff was great with my children and adults who act like children (me). I also need to add that their prices are very reasonable. I will absolutely be back.

It was Saturday about 11am when I was finally able to find an Oral Surgeon who was not only open, but was willing wait for me to drive the hour long trip to her office. Which is a big deal when you consider they closed at noon and that's about when I would be arriving. When I walked into the office I was greeted by a staff wearing smiles like they'd just hit the Powerball. They got me in, sat me down and made me feel like a long lost brother who had just come home. That's when The Heroine of the story walked in. Yup it was Dr. Pamela Alberto an actual Oral Surgeon, and she was open for business, Baby. (meaning she was ready to deal with that foul tooth.) I've been to dentists before, but I have never had an experience like Dr. Alberto. She was amazing. Even the numbing shots she put into my gums were painless. When she went to work she knew exactly what she was doing. There was no hesitation, no guessing. Bada Bing Bada Boom Betty Boop and the tooth was out. I met with Dr. Alberto and she was very reassuring that she would take good care of me. I am on day 2 and it's hard to tell from looking at me that I had surgery. There is practically no swelling. There is very little pain. I am taking 1 Advil and a Tylenol for pain, just as a precaution. I can't say enough about how relieved and PLEASED ,I am with my experience with Dr. Alberto and her wonderful staff.

When u r entering their super big bathroom u can find everything u need there, starting w/disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste as well as dental floss and bubble gum. Dental assistant showed me around before I was seated and asked me if anything else I might need. Next thing you know a stress ball was in my hands and it all was over. I came for filings and within 20 min they were done. Dr also asked me if I want a Cleaning but I decided to do it near home, might even use Groupon. Great office great Dr highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in, the entire team was warm and welcoming. Dr. Shon was attentive, friendly, and took the time to carefully review my documents. During my cleaning and fluoride treatment, he was gentle--this was the first time I left a cleaning without soreness. A major plus was how thoroughly he explained my X‑rays, showing each image on the screen and pointing out what to watch for. The hygienist was equally wonderful, attentive, and kind. He kept…read morepainfully messing up the iv 3 times in the right arm before finally getting it in the left. then after surgery I was prescribed 6 pills of 50 mg tramadol HCL to be used with advil/tylenol this was not enough I was still in severe pain. after contacting dr spatifora he said everywhere was out of codene and they would find something else. they didn't res pond back, they left me out to dry in pain with nothing besides self purchased advil/tylenol. worst experience ever! After 3 days of no response I finally reached back out to see if Mabye I could get some proper medication so I could return to my classes and not be in horrific pain however to my suprise there was only office staff there so the best solution was she could take down my name and get back to me on Monday.i dont think it's asking that much just a little medicine to get me through the pain of having my wisdom teeth removed. the advil I bought is not doing the trick my mouth hurts like a bitch.

So one night, I had a ridiculously painful situation, my last wisdom tooth was grinding against another tooth and developed a cavity where they met. Very painful. So I got a nerve block, saw my regular dentist and he took a xray and told me I need oral surgery after packing and sealing the affected area. So I scheduled the procedure at one of their offices. My first appointment, I took a day off from work, arranged for a ride, went to the facility, and they thought I was supposed to be in a different office. So I rescheduled. Weeks go by as I wait for the new appointment. I show up a second time, and they thought I cancelled the appointment. I do no such thing. The third time, the screwed up again. It took me getting on the phone, acting like a Karen, yelling at them for me to be seen. And then upon arrival, the rates that I expected to pay, they were now hundreds higher. If you are planning on using their main facility in Randolph, this has more doctors, but if you want to use a satellite office, don't waste your time. I am not the only person who this happens to - incompetent scheduling department, either incompetent or purposely misstating costs, and all around a bad experience. Avoid this practice. If your dentist is referring you, ask for another practice. Tell them you don't have time for fun and games, lying staff, bad schedules, and sitting down expecting one price and then learning its several hundred more on game day.

He doesn't send us to specialists unnecessarily and when he does, we know it's because it can't be avoided.
