We have 3 cars for insurance and she "forgot" to add one of them, didn't send our proofs of insurance, I was the one talking with her the whole time we set it up and she asked for my fiancé's number and texted him and requested him on Facebook which I thought was very weird. We called the office one day and another lady we talked to said that our account there was all messed up & Avery messed up on a lot of things. Just saying I don't want anyone else to have to deal with that. We cancelled immediately.
