At first, I got two pairs of scrubs that were supposed to be embroidered and they did them incorrectly. So not only did I have to wait two weeks for them to get done, they had to redo them after that! Then after my 3 month mark at my job we get a jacket, and it took not 2 weeks like they said it would, but 5 weeks to get my jacket. And it was the wrong size. And they didn't even call me when it was done and they sent it with someone else, and so I had to track that person down as well. Lastly, I got two new scrub tops that needed to be embroidered. I took them in on a Wednesday morning and told them I needed them ASAP (which they SAY they can get done that day) . They told me they would get them done in two days. I called at the two day mark and they said another week. Then I called after that week and they said they would be done tomorrow. Called them this morning and they said another 5 days. I just hope I SOMEDAY get my scrub tops back that I bought.... The worst service I have ever received with an embroidery company. I will never be back if I don't have to!

I've been to Utah Zumiezes at Fashion Place in Murray, Valley Fair in WVC, University in Orem, The Gateway in downtown SLC, Newgate in Ogden, Layton Hills, Cache Valley in Logan, the Park City Outlets store, the Outlets at Traverse Mountain store, The District in South Jordan, and South Town in Sandy. Now I can add the Provo Town Centre to my list. This tells me two things. One, Orange Julius is probably quaking in its boots as King of the Malls. Two, people REALLY like what Zumiez has to offer. I definitely get the snowboard element being we're so close to the mountain resorts. Zumiez has a great collection of boots, shop bindings, kits, tools, and snowboards. I think it really is geared toward the teenage badass: Get your snowboarding gear, and stay for the other awesome shirts, shoes, hoodies, flannels, jackets, sunglasses, jeans, and pants. The boldest part of their fashions (in my opinion) is the significant amount of Vans shoes and apparel. Yes, Zumiez is packed with skateboards and longboards (and the boarding crowd loves Vans), but a lot of the malls with Zumiez stores ALSO have a Vans store. I don't see a lot of redundancy, so I guess the thinking is you can never have enough Vans. As a wearer of their shoes, I tend to agree. So are their differences between stores? They are almost identical in some ways, like having a back area with tons of colorful skateboards and couches for lounging. This Zumeiz seems to be smaller and with a little less merch than in my personal fave (The Gateway). Still, I never met a Zumiez I didn't like. And I'm sure their are some rebellious teens who feel the same way.

A professional assessment was performed by an independent flooring contractor and advised the Image Home Décor, LP installation of LVP stair tread and bullnose tread caps was installed improperly and identified the following issues: * The LVP stair tread and bullnose tread caps were not installed flush to the underlying and supporting wood staircase structure leaving gaps and overhangs between the LVP stair tread and bullnose tread caps which resulted in them cracking and breaking. * The stairs do not adhere to building codes and safety standards. * The cracking and breaking is a safety hazard which could allow parties using the stairs to unexpectedly slip or fall.

I understand they aren't going to have 2026 bridal styles, but the variety is nothing short of underwhelming. If you're looking for a good experience-- go somewhere else. I said I'd keep it in mind, and left, and he gave me the dirtiest glare! Visited UVU bookstore, they gave me 106 for just the 3 non-loose-leaf books. (They wouldn't take the last two). I brought the two cheap ones back to Boomerang Books, (a new guy was at the register) he offered me 30 for the two of them. Something doesn't add up with Boomerang Books, I think they're kind of crooked. Moral of the story: go somewhere else, bring your leftovers if you must here.
