We were set to take a road trip and unfortunately blew our tire. We then called Midas on Hespeler in Cambridge, they were able to take us in right away, even though they were also busy. They were able to order a new tire have it delivered and put onto our car within 1 hour and a half!! They are friendly, accommodating and have incredible customer service. They dry fresh paint outdoors with dust and rain. They apply paint on dirt, so it is impossible to wash afterwards. They spray paint on windows and mirrors adjacent to the areas that need to be painted. They sand the areas of the car that don't need to be fixed and then they say "I didn't do it! It was like this when you brought it!" No communication, you never know if the car is going to be ready when they say to come pick it up. And they give you their business cards so you can tell your friends what a good job they do! Man, if you think this is a good job, what does it say about your standards?
