There is a Car wash, air pressure machine, water and 8 petrol pumps. Of course this is always changing but the prices are just above average here by about 2 or 3 pence. Attached to the petrol station is a Co Op where you pay. It's quite a large area stocking a good selection including fresh items such as chilled and vegetables. Queuing to pay is never a problem, a max wait of a couple of minutes and the girls are always polite.

I never have an trouble locating a trolley and the queues after choosing my shopping always seem to go down very quickly. The aisles are very well stocked and as most supermarkets the latest money saving deals are very easy to find as they are located at the end of the relevant sections. Was so pleasantly suprised, the salesman (Phil) did not apply any pressure or play any games, had done a fair bit of research so knew I was getting a good deal. When I decided to buy the car they put it in for MOT, valet and organised the tax all the same day and it was ready for me the next. After a quick look round I saw the car I wanted so did not compare deals on others however there appeared to a a wide range from approx £1500 up over. I also paid for the car so can't comment on finance packages available but given the name of the garage I am guessing this would not be a problem. Next time I need a new car (hopefully not for a few years or I may revisit my review!) this place will be my first port of call.

My new car was exactly as described and I drove it to Spain and back which was 3945 miles. The team at direct corrected every fault with the car before I bought it without quibble. They were helpful, attentive and pro active. I cannot more highly recommend my purchase which is still running perfectly some 5 months later. Would I recommend again, yes I would. Two cars and both perfect with no issues. Some people have criticised their customer relationship but I cannot. Bottom line is that I bought cheap, got a fantastic customer assistance and walked away with a great deal. Maybe I was lucky but I don't doubt their integrity.
