The most nightmarish experienced I have ever had at a hair salon. I was getting my hair toned and the stylist promised that it would not appear darker, the resulting shade was so much darker, at least 5 shades. I hardly recognized myself and started crying. On top of this debacle was the fact that I felt so ill-treated and humiliated. They obviously did not take the time to pay attention to what they were doing. The stylist was shuffling between one client and another and almost tore the hair out of my head in the process. Then when they tried to fix it, the stylist refused to tell me what she was putting on my hair and said it was their POLICY that they don't show clients what products they use (????!!!!!!)
