He never owned his error of applying my payments go two separate IDENTICAL invoices with just invoice number changed. They left concrete stains on my entry to my home and created a water pressure issue in my home that has not existed in my 30 years of residency. This was the NIGHTMARE contractor you always hear about. Hire at your own risk. Over promise and under deliver.

Part of the appeal was the speed with which they worked...got the project done in a couple of days. However, after a year of use we are noticing how cheap the materials are. A LOT of plastic materials used. The handle to the controls has fallen off a few times and the plastic mount is now crooked from what I'm assuming was a poor seal. Also, the drain plug would not screw on properly after a few months. Long story short - I would not use this company again and look for other options if you are looking to replace a soaker tub with a budget of $6-7k.
