Very short wait, but the quality of care is questionable. Older female doctor kept telling me she…read more"had been in the business 35 years." Grandson had rash for two weeks and itching was insane. She did a very quick glance and diagnosed him "undoubtedly" with scabbies. I asked her to explain. She pointed to lines between blisters and called them tunnels. To make matters worse she walked me out -- mind you a total of 5 minutes with us -- and asked me if I had had him "tested." I asked "for what?" She said ADHD and autism. WTF? Are you kidding me? How completely ignorant and unprofessional. You saw a 5 year old child for five minutes for an allergic reaction and you claim he has ADHD and autism because he was fidgety and uncomfortable? She should be reported to the medical Board. To make matters worse they said they were calling in a prescription to Walgreens across the street. I drove immediately there and the pharmacy was closed. So now I have no way to get the medication. I called their office at it was 7:00 on the dot. Someone answered the phone and realized it was after hours and hung it up quickly. I ended up in the ER with him because I had no other choice. Three medical professionals saw him and all three said it was not scabbies. It was an allergic reaction to ant bites from two weeks prior. Just to be safe they gave me the premetherin and I administered it that night. It's a one time treatment and done. Nope, did nothing, so confirmed it was not scabbies. This place should not be serving the public if they can't conduct themselves professionally.
