She did a very quick glance and diagnosed him "undoubtedly" with scabbies. I asked her to explain. She pointed to lines between blisters and called them tunnels. To make matters worse she walked me out -- mind you a total of 5 minutes with us -- and asked me if I had had him "tested." I asked "for what?" She said ADHD and autism. WTF? Are you kidding me? How completely ignorant and unprofessional. You saw a 5 year old child for five minutes for an allergic reaction and you claim he has ADHD and autism because he was fidgety and uncomfortable? She should be reported to the medical Board. To make matters worse they said they were calling in a prescription to Walgreens across the street. I drove immediately there and the pharmacy was closed. So now I have no way to get the medication. I called their office at it was 7:00 on the dot. Someone answered the phone and realized it was after hours and hung it up quickly. I ended up in the ER with him because I had no other choice. Three medical professionals saw him and all three said it was not scabbies. It was an allergic reaction to ant bites from two weeks prior. Just to be safe they gave me the premetherin and I administered it that night. It's a one time treatment and done. Nope, did nothing, so confirmed it was not scabbies. This place should not be serving the public if they can't conduct themselves professionally.

I left in January due to many office conflicts of "entitlement" expressed by employees related to the owner, and I was at my wit's end. These visits are designed to reduce stress and pain, not add to it. My appointments were ALWAYS perfect when Kelley was there. After she was gone, it was one mess after another, so after a 1 hour and 45-minute conversation with my insurance, I opted to stop coming. Today, I returned with pleasure because things were as close to perfect as they could be. I love the welcomeness, the friendly attitude, and the overall relaxing feel of the office.
