It was scheduled for tomorrow at 9:30am. This woman has had my address for two days. She sent me a confirmation email today. I just got a call from her that she cannot clean my house as she does not come out this far. "I thought you were in Detroit." Obviously I am not when I gave you my address and city a week ago and I've been in constant contact with her confirming everything. The woman answering the phone was lovely and said the charge would be 250.00 for a 2000 square foot house. The house was not very dirty at all. One girl showed up and worked for a while an hour later the second worker showed up. They must have left right after I did because I had to totally clean the house after they left. They didn't move items, they wiped around them. The floors had spots of dirt and the sink didn't look like like the touched it. Every room in my house is still dirty and I am going to have to now spend hours cleaning. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there.
