He spoke us through the service step by step and didn't try to push us into anything we weren't happy with. We used him again quite recently to review our current mortgage deal and to see whether it was worthwhile to switch or not, again his services didn't cost anything and he advised us not to switch. He was very professional and helpful and certainly knowledgeable.

I…read morewould like to advice people to avoid this company, we are in the progress of buying and they are clearly playing us around. It's like they don't care, they keep saying if you add another £1,000 or £2,000 you'll get it. eventually i done this 4 times, increased my offer to £7,000 more than what i originally offered. and then they say someone else just offered more, 2 weeks later, they call me back saying the other couple has backed out, would you like to offer you highest offer, i say no, due to interest in other houses, and they say since the other couple is out now, they can probably reduce to price down. what a load of bull****
