In short, we had a mortgage that was never late for over 5 1/2 years. House was then sold. All debts/balances and respective parties paid. P.R.M. still decided to report this loan as "Over 180 Days Late". As a result, our credit beacon/score dropped more than 58 points in one day, hindering our ability to conduct business with any other lender/financial institutions. NOTE: Up until this point, both our credit scores were stellar(over 770+). Never late on anything. No collections. No bankruptcies. Nothing. Also, no luck or success of any kind in communicating with this lender directly to resolve this obvious mistake. Want a regular/simple/traditional home loan, you can Google at least 50 different reputable and trustworthy lenders who will be happy to accept your business. My wife and I went through the whole process of filling out all the paperwork to apply for a 2nd Mortgage Loan to see if we can get a better rate than the firm that did our 1st mortgage here for our primary home in Chicago. After we did all the paperwork (which is quite lengthy since it includes copies of this and scans of that), we heard crickets from Jennifer and her team. What we did hear from her were causal texts to my wife saying how she busy she was doing interviews for her local TV program, etc. etc. Then we find out one of her team members contact the other firm to inquire about the interest rate they offered us. We ended up going with our original lender since they sharpened their pencil and came up with a clever way to lower our interest rate with a higher downpayment option. I'm writing this review today since I got an email from her asking for my vote for "The Best of Tampa Bay" in the Mortgage category. Heck no. I've shared my experiences with a few people already to stay away.

Her emails were snarky and she is not someone that I could recommend to any friends or family because of her bad attitude. We finally went to Quicken Loans (now Rocket Mortgage) for our lending and that was a much smoother process and more enjoyable experience for us.
