After awhile, they just left all equipment running and just visited the house once a day or once every two days. The worst problem as I progressed down the road with Servpro is that they DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. So frustrating. It took me a LONG time to get them to come up with a cost estimate to repair my home and a long time to get the bill to the insurance company for processing. I ended up dealing with about five servpro employees and still had a lot of trouble getting answers to my questions and getting them to respond. Communication is key in any service industry.

Derrick the project manager promised my house would be cleaned top to bottom spotless before we move back in, they sent one man to clean at 9 at night and all he did was sweep (barely) and mop. They were supposed to paint my front door and kept promising they would and never did. They painted our living room walls the wrong color in the first place then had to fight with them to repaint it. Then they promised our furniture would be cleaned and brought back put together. The furniture was not cleaned and they weren't going to put it back together. They had paint all over the brand new hardwood floors and I could go on and on about how terrible they were through this whole experience I have been out of my house for almost 6 months. And we get terrible outcome. Our water heaters busted and our whole downstairs flooded. They tried to put the busted water heaters back in instead of getting us the new ones we paid for! I hired this company to remove 3 trees. They gave me a price of $800 to remove all 3 trees…read more They showed up with no equipment, didn't even have a chainsaw, I had to let them borrow my chainsaws. I told them they need climbing gear to safety remove the trees. They lied and said that they had climbing gear but showed up with nothing, not even 1 rope. They tried to charge me $400 to remove a little bit of brush that I never asked them to remove. I could of removed the brush in 15 minutes with my tractor. I paid them $250 just to leave my property. I just wanted them gone. I still have all 3 trees that need to be removed and now I need to hire a professional tree company to get the job done or do it myself. They told me the reason why they didn't have a chainsaw was because one of their other crews had the saws but told my wife that someone stole them. They lied multiple times. Their "crew" who showed up to the job consisted of 1 woman 3 children a dog and one man whose jaw was grinding constantly, like he was chewing on a bone. Please be careful if you have these people on your property they were going to send a child up the tree with a clothesline rope tied to one belt loop, no harness, no hard hat no safety equipment whatsoever. I thought very hard before leaving this review because I don't want them to come back and start any trouble but my property is protected with 16 cameras that send me live feed and someone is always there to protect our property. When I hired them the business name was Mullins Landscaping And Tree Services, now they changed their name to C&C Landscaping And Tree Services. I have live audio and video recordings from when they were on my property if anyone needs it let me know.
