We have issues with ground heaving in the winter, and the one double gate became unaligned and difficult to close. I wrote an email to Tim today and asked if they were in the area, if they would be kind enough to readjust the gate. Couldn't believe that they came out same day, got the gate closing properly, and even touched up the black that got scrapped off. Told me to contact them if I have any more issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. Great customer service.

The fence itself looks nice, however the workers weren't as conscientious to my plants/property along the fence as they were of the plants on the side of their paying customer. They trampled any and all plants on my side of the fence. Also, I found pieces of both the old and new fence strewn even halfway across my yard! I don't know how they even did that. Did they throw it?? I almost ended up hitting a long piece of black chainlink with my mower.
