The vibrate when I would get a message would vibrate the whole phone, super loud to the point where it rattled as if the screen was loose. I summed it up to the screen protector (which he put on for me.) Until my entire phone screen went green and then about 5 minutes later completely black to where I can't use the phone at all. After some research i found out why. "Apple historically uses software locks and "parts pairing" checks that could disable or "brick" devices if unauthorized third party components were detected." I came in today hoping for some help, and he blamed the problems on me saying I needed to come in before the phone was broken... kinda hard to do that when the phone got broken here. The least he could've done was offer some kind of deal, even 25$ off, to still give the business I give them some credit, but now hes lost another costumer. Looking at how busy this place is (it's not) and the 2.4 stars that it has already, i probably should've known not to waste my time.
