They charger way to. Much and put a cheap screen in your phone I broke my screen they charged me 300 dollars to get it fixed and I have been having problem with it ever sense I do not recommend this place and the workers are rude and don't want to help you read more

Word to the wise for anyone who has the slightest little crack on their phone if they need a new battery. They won't do it because they claim they "can't" if it's cracked. Total CYA move. I had my battery replaced earlier today by an independent non-chain device repair business who didn't even bring up the crack during the entire experience. read more

One star is not low enough. Took my phone to get screen fixed. When I picked the phone up, it looked new but so many spots on the screen won't work now. Super frustrating especially when I was told it was fine after trying to take it back to fix again. That being said I'm on my phone much less but battery wont stay charged. Fairly new phone which never got below 40% now cannot hold a charge for half a day. These are not cool people. read more

Since we also couldn't back up the storage Wireless Wizard first helped me find a backup method in the game using my Apple ID and then replaced the charger port for much less than a new or refurb base model iPad would have cost. The Flowood branch has been a lifesaver for my Surface Pro that I got for my 50th birthday. 6 Years of life, and the battery almost exploded, causing a bulging screen which they replaced along with the battery in November. The battery only lasted 3 months, and they were replaced under warranty. Since it was a birthday gift, I have been trying to keep the Pro together. Thanks to your team!
