Let me start by saying I really like my lady who did the lasers...Alysha. My problem is that I was…read moresupposed to have a peel done and last minute I get a message that they cancelled my appointment. An hour later they sent me 2 messages that I need to confirm my appointment! I was totally confused. THEN I get 4 pages in the mail THE SAME DAY OF MY APPOINTMEN of a "good faith estimate". My procedure was for the winter special and would have been around 85.00. The "good faith" letter said the estimate was 371.00. What the hell? So were they going to spring that cost on me AFTER I had the procedure? So I called this morning to voice my concern and the guy said, "you can go somewhere else". Who are these people? Yep, I WILL go somewhere else than to be mistreated.
