His performance during jury trial proceedings, particularly during cross-examination, left a lot to be desired. He appeared to struggle with courtroom strategy, questioning, and effectively presenting his case to the jury. In my opinion, Mr. Kingsley would be better suited to civil matters and should leave serious criminal litigation to attorneys who regularly handle that type of courtroom work. Criminal trials require confidence, preparation, sharp cross-examination skills, and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Unfortunately, I did not see those qualities demonstrated here. This is simply my personal opinion based on what I observed, and I would encourage anyone considering hiring an attorney for a criminal matter to carefully research their experience specifically with criminal jury trials
