The wrong size was delivered and when I rang to ask if they could send a pair out straight away (as school had started), or deliver a pair to the school shop (I was willing to pay again and wait for a refund), nothing doing. They couldn't tell me if the correct size would be available when they processed the return and couldn't tell me if the school shop had the right size (I would just have to make the hour round trip to find out). They were able to say I could drive 2 and a half hours to their nearest retail shop (no thank you!). To top it off, no one in complaints was available to take calls and they don't do call backs. This is a company that is not interested in putting things right when they make mistakes.

If you want a one stop shop to get your kids school gear sorted, this is your place.
