This shop scams and takes advantage of their customers, 100% do not recommend. I bought a pair of shoes here, took them home to try with an outfit I have to wear to a wedding and they just didn't go so the next morning went to return them and was rudely told by the owner that I had ruined the shoes and he would not give me my money back. He spoke to me like a child, I have never felt so disrespected by customer service- it was humiliating. I had my receipt and the shoes were nicely in their box still wrapped up! I agree with the previous reviewer. Rude and no customer service. I recently took in a pair of Italian sandals to be heeled, and on collection was devastated they had ruined them, cut them and put black heavy rubber on them it was uneven and had an open space , plus a red mark on the heel. Which I was told I must have done. Considering all my shoes are in separate shoe bags in my closet that was impossible. I was told it would be $30 disgusting for ruining my sandals. I will NEVER go there again and will recommend my friends not to either. read more

My boots just need a few stitches but the man didn't even want to do that for me. He wants to charge me $200 and say I do the way I want not what you want. He said it in such a rude manner. I took my shoes elsewhere and only cost $10 read more

Horrible customer service, they ruined my boots, had to go back multiple times to ask for it to be rectified and was simply stonewalled - once I insisted they refund me for the cost of the repairs they went so far as to call the police, I couldn't believe it and if this is how they handle situations and repair shoes I am not surprised other people are unhappy with them.
