It certainly looks like Effie does couture very well. Sadly, I've not yet needed any more than dresses taken up and dresses taken down, jeans taken up and suits taken in. I guess I can't hold it against them - I'd rather design a ball gown than sew hems too, and it's only my own laziness that means I have someone doing it for me. Since I needed to go to Coles for groceries anyway I thought 'Why not?' Vanee was very friendly and helpful. They are called 'Express' because their sign says they will have your work done in an hour. And my slacks were ready in an hour! Vanee asked if I'd like to try them on but now, of course, I needed to get my groceries home so...no, I did not try them on. I'll follow up if there's a problem but so far, so good. Friendly. Competitive prices. 1 hour. How good is that???
