During the last big storm, Several trees were losing limbs and one old huge maple tree lost a limb that hit the house and roof. We called John, who was working in the White Lake neighborhood- he was knowledgeable, fast, and so careful. One of the trees was DEAD and hollow- we didn't know!! John made good recommendations. Very professional. He used expert climbers rather than heavy equipment to trim and take down limbs. Result: no damage to septic, no damage to home/ roof and great service to trees. We had Green-Up install a brick paver sidewalk for $5000, with the business owner's unsolicited…read moreassurance that if we were ever unhappy with any aspect of the installation, they would fix it --- make it right. Well, the majority of the plastic edging around the sidewalk has become exposed due to the freeze/thaw cycle. The installers did not use nearly enough long spikes to adequately secure the edging, nor did they plant the edging deep enough. Plus, there is a low spot on the walkway that doesn't drain and collects water and dirt. I contacted Green-Up, reported the problem, and they told me that I would have to dig up all the edging and reinstall it. Poor installation and POOR customer service. But most disappointing is the fact that they broke their word.
