I scheduled the appointment online and got a text asking me for personal information, most of which I had already provided. When I did not response right away, I got a second, extremely rude text message threatening to "release my appointment". I found this to be highly unprofessional. Dr. Farhad Moshiri is less than considerate of his patience. When I informed the office staff that my aligners did not fit, Instead of replacing the aligner, Dr. Farhad Moshiri made the recommendation to purchase temporary retainers at the cost of $200 until my permanent retainers arrive in 3-5 business days. I complained about the unfairness in pricing. Another unpleasant experience occurred when Dr. Farhad Moshiri had an impromptu closed door meeting after I refused to be serviced by Dr. Shuka Moshiri. The meeting began with less than considerate words of expressions on part of both Dr. Farhad Moshiri and Dr. Shuka Moshiri. Dr. Farhad Moshiri indicated that I have no legal recourse for my complaint because no attorney will take my case and no person will believe me During the meeting, I expressed many concerns about my treatment, including a specific incident in which Dr. Shuka Moshiri used the polishing tool to remove aligner brackets, and then used that same tool to polish the back of my two upper front teeth and eventually the top part of the orthodontics tool popped off and landed on my protective eye goggle. It was difficult to hear as Dr. Shuka Moshiri explained what happened, as the music was playing in the background. read more

On my consultation visit I was impressed with my entire experience. Taren was amazing at making me feel comfortable and confident in seeking this choice for my teeth especially since I have had orthodontic care when I was a teen. I met all three Drs. Moshiri as they work as a synonymous team to provide overall excellent care even on my first visit. They took the extra time to fit me in that day to remove my lower bridge retainer to obtain the best scanning of teeth for the Invisalign process. My dentist that does Invisalign referred me to them and comforting to find out they are the best of the best on Invisalign technology. Brace yourself for my braces story. I got them in my 50s. That's right. My 50s! They're off now, and spoiler alert: thanks to Moshiri Orthodontics, my story has a happy ending. How did I start this jaw-journey? Let's just say that, things were not right with my bite. My dentist warned me. She said, "This will get worse, but a great orthodontist can fix you." (She was not the first woman in my life who insisted I needed fixing.) I said, "Okay, send me to the best." So she sent me to the best: the practice of Drs. Moshiri (father and son), master orthodontists, problem-solvers of the highest order, yet very patient-centric practitioners. Their staff is terrific; their offices modern and inviting (free Wi-Fi, an adult waiting area, a kid video area, etc.) But don't let those bonuses distract from what's important: this team takes their work very seriously, and the phrase "attention to detail" was invented for their method. Does that mean this was "fun" for me? No. Braces are not "fun." No orthodontist can or will promise that. This was a multi-year, uncomfortable experience for me: ibuprofen was my best friend. And true, most of my fellow patients were teen-agers, but there were other (ahem) "slightly older-than-teens" among us. But at any age, if you're going to do this, do it right. Was my problem corrected? Well, you have my permission to ask to see my "before-and-after" photos. You'll think I changed my appearance to enter a witness protection program. But that's not why I did it. I did it for health, now and for the future. The point: Moshiri Orthodontics has my highest recommendation. And now, like many teen-agers, I am successfully over my "braces" phase. So next... I'll be getting my driver's permit. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Maz through multiple professional and social connections. He was gracious enough to give my daughter a thorough consultation for her treatment knowing that most likely he would not be the one to provide the orthodontic treatment based solely on a challenge with the great distance between home and the office location. The facility is top-notch. The staff is very friendly. Dr Maz took a good look at my daughter's teeth and showed her a variety of treatment options in detail. He explained all the differences and left my teenage daughter feeling empowered and knowledgeable on the subject. I have no doubt that Dr Maz and his staff do an excellent job of treating their patients based on the interactions I have seen with him. Dr Maz is a talented and caring individual. I say it jokingly, but the intent is sincere, I would gladly screw up my kids teeth if it meant they could have Dr Maz as their orthodontist. I highly recommend Moshiri Orthodontics. read more

So thrilled with the care I received from Dr. Maz and his team. He was highly recommended to me by my dentist. I have an open bite which resulted (over a lifetime) in lots of wear and tear on my back teeth. I believe my case was challenging. Dr Maz initally suggested jaw surgery (which was not something I wanted to pursue). He said he thought we could get 80% there with Invisalign. I am stunned with the results (and wish I had the opportunity to share before/after pics here). After 18 months of my commitment (and extraordinary care from Dr Maz and his team), I have an amazing smile. Frankly, in my view, he worked a miracle. I am not a kid (turned 60 this year). I hesitated initially about the investment given my age. I am so thrilled I did this. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. Dr. Maz is an outstanding orthodontist who really cares about the work his does and truly cares about his patients. His staff loves working for him (they've told me so). Shockingly overpriced per the marketplace for Stage 1 Treatment. We also paid for a copy of panoramic digital x-rays and it's been pulling teeth (no pun intended) to get the office to send the file as promised. Very disappointing since they came so highly recommended by our Dentist. The practice is an example of flash and over the top customer care pre-patient just to hook you with a price 3 times over their competitors. read more

My dentist referred me to this office for Invislign. The office looked well furnished, very upscaled, and new. They uses a computerized system to keep track of where the patients are from log-in to being seen by the doctor. As expected for an office with to many patients, there is a bit of wait, even in the mornings. The office staff and Dr. Moshiri seems very nice and knowledgeable. I suppose I'll find out in a year when the treatment is done. read more

I met Dr. Morshiri twenty five years ago when I came to him for treatment. Other orthodontists wanted to pull some of my teeth. Dr. Morshiri was able to fix my teeth without pulling any of them. All three of my children are patients of Dr. Moshiri's. My oldest son was a very difficult case. He had knocked out his front permanent teeth in a skateboard accident. My husband and I took both of our sons on the same day to their first appointment. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, we arrived early to complete paperwork and expected to wait until closer to time of appointment. They came to get us quickly and were well into the process of taking pictures and X-rays before I even finished! Highly recommend. I have 4 children (3 are patients) and they love the staff! They are so sweet and patient with my kids. The office has a movie theater/game room that my kids can relax in while the others are getting treatments. They also offer fresh cookies and coffee.
