The last 6+ months has been a nightmare working with them to address the issue, which comes down to our insurer mailing checks to the wrong office (same company, though). Over these months the staff has inconsistently identified the visits at issue. If Carrollwood can't tell us which visits they haven't been paid for, how are we supposed to help? They know this is a disaster on their part. In fact, they said we wouldn't receive any more invoices until this is figured out. Guess what? We're still getting 1-2 a month. Any reasonable business would just wipe the slate clean. It's not worth harassing someone over a $200 check you received and then threw away because it went to the wrong office. And yet my wife and I have spent hours on the phone with them and our insurance over a (now) 3-year old bill. Don't go here.

They only charged a little over $2,000 and then sent me a separate bill for over $1,000! Why would you not charge it all to the loan and then expect me to pay that!? Now it's in collections because I can't make sense out of paying you $52.91 a month and paying $52.91 per month to this loan! I'm so outdone that I can't even begin to consider going back for the repairs... Just horrible!!!

What was offered was not as good as the coverage I already have. Two years later and I finally got around to selecting a new dental practice. Lindenwood Dentistry has a great location in the Schnuck's center across from Lindenwood University in St. Charles. The staff are very personable and helpful. They use a combination of digital x-rays and photographs and refer to them regularly during procedures. The result is the most thorough and well explained examination I've ever had. They even did a couple of composite fillings on my first visit and the cost was VERY reasonable. The doctor who performed the procedures isn't listed yet on their website, but I believe his name is Dr. Schaumberg (sp?), young, but professional and knowledgeable. I can't recommend him highly enough. The same goes for Lindenwood Dentistry, itself. They are new and still taking on new patients. If you're looking for a dentist, I think you will be happy with them too.

My wife and I were both overcharged with mine being $220.00 over and my wife was being overcharged by over $700.00 which is a 120% overcharge. Then when we were told by the office billing dept that it takes 2 to 3 months to receive a refund for our overpayment even though they have already received payment from our insurance company. So they now hold our money for a period of time and draw interest while we are waiting for our refund. We also requested a pre-determination be done on her claim and was told they had done that but after consulting with the insurance, we found out it was that it was never done. So this office is either completely incompetent or just flat out dishonest.

Then she led me to the room were she took more ex rays and cleaned my teeth. She polished my teeth and introduced me to the dentist. The dentist was very nice as was everyone else. He looked over my teeth. He made a few more assessments. He complimented my teeth and said he will see mee in 6 months. I was very impressed with all of the staff. They were exceptional.
