Their website list the price, shows the discounts, and if you do the math? It all adds up correctly! I have to say I really thought the paperwork portion of this, was super smooth! Since the bike was being shipped to me, all the paperwork arrived via Fed Ex. Which was really nice! I was able to get the bike registered and plated, long before it actually was delivered. He has over 11,000.00 is this bike it sounds like crap. They claim to be certified well if that was the case the bike would not be at another location getting corrected. They charged him for things they did not do and for parts they did not put in. The bike had to be towed back to them 2 times for the same issue. We spoke with the owner who was not pleasant at all. If you want to waste your money, get your stuff back worse than it was then this is the place for you. They had a flood one of the parts got lost. They did replace it and yes the part was only a few dollars but the fact remains they lost a part then the gentleman acted like i was in the wrong because i was upset that happened. I would not have been like that I do understand things happen but at least apologize don't be rude and inconsiderate. We did try reaching out giving them the opportunity to rectify this and of course they don't want to own up to faults. We wanted them to help cover the cost to get the bike fixed right where it is at now. There is no way that bike was or will ever return to that shop. Also keep in mind that from the time he picked the bike up and dropped off at new location he put 1100 miles on the bike. Prior to all this we dealt with them a lot we also had another bike there that they was to do a clutch on and have since found that we do not believe they did that either but they sure was happy to take out money.

I originally left a terrible review, after I got my tires mounted and balanced by them. I saw the receipt that they gave me, and misread it. It appeared that they charged me a $90 fee for tire disposal. Gosh was I mistaken. I am looking at the receipt now, and it was a $10 fee for the tire disposal. The "$90" was just the total of the mount and balance. I was having an awful day and misread the receipt. Wow. I really suck for that, and am embarrassed. These guys got my tires mounted and balanced within a day. Couldn't find anywhere else that could get me in that quickly.

They took over the old movie theater, and now the place is HUGE!! They even kept one of the theaters intact so they can have presentations, and show motorcycle live-streams and movies . . . COOL! My reason for coming here today was two-fold. 1) To buy a new helmet (which I found, one I liked, and in my size, that wasn't too expensive), and 2) to test ride a new Triumph Scrambler 400 XC during their Demo Days. I had fun riding the bike, and I even received a free gift, a little Triumph tool kit. Lyndsay in parts was excellent, and she even gave me a Veteran Discount when purchasing my new helmet.
