I couldn't even get the service taken care of because the engineer I was transferred to speak to talked to me like I was garbage. He did this solely on the fact that I was asking him questions. I am obviously not an engineer, which is exactly why I was calling for their services. He was condescending and completely unprofessional. Take your business somewhere else, these people don't want it!

I have yet to hear from her and we closed on the house on Dec 19th. She made a pretty penny from us. She made major mistakes that caused so much confusion and chaos that the seller and buyer began to directly communicate. She would ask the same question multiple times which meant she never listened the 1st time. She talked, or yet texted down to me and treated me like I was dumb. It felt like she was always too busy to do her job. I would not recommend her to anyone. It was the worst experience and I have bought and sold multiple homes.
