I briefly moved in last year from Florida and the management was very nice up until my lease was signed. The apartment was not very clean when I moved in and it smelled like dogs and smoke. When I complained, the owner claimed no dogs had been in the apartment. A week into me living there, I had to call them to bring pest control because there were roaches everywhere. She claimed the apartment had been fumigated before and that was clearly a lie. I noticed that I kept getting bites all over my body and at first I thought it was mosquitos until I found a bug at night and trapped it. I assumed it was a flea and sent a text to the owner. She told me that it was a bed bug and that I (who had 0 pieces of furniture) had brought bed bugs into her property and would have to pay for the treatment of my apartment and the neighbors if they had bed bugs. I explained to her that this wasn't possible because I had no furniture and just a brand new mattress and she yelled at me and berated it. She brought a team to inspect and they concluded that the bed bugs didn't originate in my apartment. When they checked the apartment across the hall, it was INFESTED. Those dirty people had lived there for YEARS and the bed bugs were crawling through the vents and coming into my apartment. She treated me like a criminal when I did nothing wrong. Other things to note: when it rains, the parking lot floods and there are potholes everywhere. The property is horrendous and the management will be nice to you up until there is an issue. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I didn't even stay there for a month. It was an awful experience.

The manager out here is an complete asshole. She complain about the small things but can't keep…read morefilters in the a/c units. Can't keep the apartments sprayed every so often. It was so much better when we had Ms. Diane and the other owners. Now they are gone to shit.
