To their credit, they returned and attempted to clean the damage, but they were unable to remove the stains. They acknowledged that the damage was their responsibility and agreed to pay for the apartment to be repainted. Months later, despite repeated follow-up, we have still not been compensated. It's incredibly disappointing that a company would admit fault, promise to make things right, and then fail to follow through. Accidents happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a company responds. Unfortunately, Guardian's customer service after the damage occurred has been far more frustrating than the original mistake. I cannot recommend a company that does not stand behind its commitments.

They are also always on alert for any other problems they might see while servicing your property. On a recent visit when we were not home, Brian noticed that we had a leak. He called us, took photos, and spent the time looking for the water turn off valve, which he found. Not only that, he came back to our house to give our key to the person who was going to repair the problem. Pest Assassins and Brian are the best!!!!! I have only praise for them and recommend them wholeheartedly (which is generally not in my character).

As a result, my son and I had to undergo rabies vaccinations, leading to thousands of dollars in medical expenses and a very stressful experience. Now, after all of this, the company is claiming my warranty is void because I had a new roof installed and did not notify them immediately. I understand if this was their first visit and I had forgotten to tell them but this has been an ongoing issue and it feels like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility.
