During COVID, the rental company I had worked with for years went out of business, and I have been searching ever since for a new partner I could truly rely on. This year, I used two different rental companies for our events, and I can confidently say there was a VERY clear winner: American Party Place! From the very beginning, the entire team at American Party Place was phenomenal. Jayden, our account manager, was an absolute rock star. She worked closely with me leading up to the event to make sure every detail was covered and then she actually showed up onsite for both setup AND teardown! In 26 years of planning large corporate events, I don't think I have ever had an account manager personally come onsite to make sure everything went smoothly. That level of service says so much about this company. Jose, our crew lead, and his team were equally impressive. They arrived early and immediately hit the ground running. In just SIX HOURS, they set up 24 tents, more than 100 tables, 400 chairs, pipe and drape, and so much more. The crew was organized, efficient, professional, hardworking, and an absolute pleasure to work with. It is always nerve racking to use a new rental company for your largest client, but American Party Place exceeded every expectation. Teardown went even more smoothly! My Boeing contact was so impressed that she actually texted me afterward specifically to tell me how much she appreciated the crew's speed and professionalism. When your client goes out of their way to recognize one of your vendors, you know they made an impression! After 26 years in the event industry, I know the difference between a company that simply delivers rental equipment and a company that becomes a true event partner. American Party Place is the latter. Jayden, Jose, and the entire APP team, THANK YOU! You made a very large, complicated event feel easy, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about your team.
